11D Taiwan Trip Day 3 - Chingjing

Breakfast at 永和春秋豆浆 again before we bid Taichung farewell. Realized that there isn't much breakfast choice in Fengjia area. 美又美早餐店 offers the most varieties. Anyway 煎饺 is nice!

As we missed the 10am nantou bus to chingjing via puli (NT270) from Taichung Gan Cheng vicinity, we hop on a taxi instead for NT1500. Too expensive actually. Hence attached the Nantou schedule and alternative for your reference.

About 30 minutes drive away from Chingjing, taxi uncle 王伯伯 stop us at a restaurant with mountain view. 

Paid NT600 for a 双人套餐.

Item 2. Garlic stir fried cabbage 

So nice that we finished it before the next dish was served. 😝

Item 3. White radish with boar meat soup

So disappointing that I don't feel like taking a picture of it. 😒

Item 4. Whole piece chicken

Surprise! First time ever we were given gloves to handle the chicken. Hubby didn't quite like the idea though. Lol.

And this is how the chicken are being cooked.

Along the way, we requested for a quick stop at Old England to take pictures.

Mission accomplished. :p

Then Taxi uncle stopped at Misty Villa for us to do a quick check. Beautiful lobby! This is where we will be having our dinner tonight and tmr's breakfast. 

There are shuttle services to Green Green Grassland. Otherwise you can take a taxi and it cost NT200 per trip. 

We also bought two bottles of warm goat milk for NT50. Chocolate favour is nice. If you wish to watch the sheep show, you will need to come during weekends and or public holidays. So yes, we didn't manage to catch the sheep show. But there's still horse show and you get to take as many pictures as you want with the horses.

And our favorite horse. He weighs 1000kg!

After 500 steps down and a 15 minutes walk, we are back to Misty Villa for our dinner which we had booked during the check-in. It was a sumptuous dinner at only NT550 for both of us!

Lovely place indeed and you can't believe it. We ran into two, not one group of friends who will be staying here for the night too. Such a happy coincidence. 😀

We then took 81 steps to make our way back to the room from the lobby as we were placed at the 3rd floor with a pretty good view. It was all worth it when we open our room! 😍
