11D Taiwan Trip Day 4 - Kaohsiung Part II

From Pier-2 Art Centre, we walked to our third destination, Cizihwan. Across the Gushan Ferry Terminal plus another 5-10 minutes walk, we reached the historical site of the former British Consulate.
At the entrance.
Everybody rushing up the steps to catch sunset.
At mid hill.
Finally we are up!
On our return path, we spoilt ourselves with ζ΅·δΉ‹ε†°. Really yummy! You can increase the size of your dessert up to 20 or 50 times.
Love! 😍
It is really easy travelling around in Kaohsiung. Night market hopping time!
1st stop: Ruifeng Night Market at Kaohsiung Arena Station
It is the biggest of the three that we will be visiting. A lot of food and games plus a little bit of shopping.
We ordered 5 oysters for NT50.
Strawberry and Cheese flavoured Cheese Sticks.
ηŠΆε…ƒη³•。Try the sweet ones. Peanut and black sesame. Something different and not too bad.
2nd stop: Liuheyeshi at Formosa Boulevard station
This night markets has more seafood than the other two and most drink stalls sell sugarcane drink.
Settled for ηˆ±ηŽ‰ε†° instead to quench our thirst.
Third stop: Nanhua Night Market at Formosa Boulevard station. Walking distance from Liuheyeshi.
The smallest among the three night markets and sell mostly garments and shoes.
We didn't spend much time here and decided to call it a night. Regretted not buying the big barbecued prawns from Liuheyeshi.
Upon reaching the hotel, we were delighted to know that they provide free supper from 5-11pm. And the food is good. Especially the barbecue pork and cheese pastries. They also have steam buns, soup and even ice cream.
The room was also simple, clean and we were totally impressed with the shower room.
There's also free DIY laundry and bicycle rental. This hotel is definitely worth staying! For a super reasonable S$70, you get good location, clean room and thoughtful facilities. πŸ‘
